Organization
Each workout is developed and planned prior to your appointment, so that when you arrive at the studio, you can start working out right away. The entire workout session is organized so that your time is focused on you achieving your specific results. We take this time to carefully design yourworkout so that you leave feeling good about your progress and accomplishments.
Goal Tracking
Every 6-8 weeks (depending on your program), we provide a comprehensive progress report that shows your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals. During your workout sessions, we not only give you exercise-specific direction, but also explain the reasons behind our methods so you’ll know exactly what we’re doing and why.
